Recruit: we have clear recruit plan and procedure to make sure all divisions are cooperated well. We will do the following up after the recruit. We are aiming at attracting, recruiting and exhuming the needed talent to improve the staff quality.
Staff configuration: create open, fair and just system of superior’s training, promotion and picking over. Test is the main factor in promotion and demotion. We carry out “competition, inspiration and natural selection”
Position design and job analysis: make responsibility clear. Ensure the cooperation of all divisions and positions. Make sure the person is qualified for the post.
Performance evaluation and payment: standardize and set up performance evaluation and payment system completely. Efficient performance evaluation and payment system can evaluate and reward staff fairly and justly. It can also point out the right developing direction for staff to better present the rewarding system.
Training and development: the company set down planting, training, and developing plan. Select talent and provide them with special training and work life plan. The company training should be more planned and specific to develop the skills Chengye group needed.
Recruit method: interior recruit and exterior recruit, exterior recruit procedure and select method
Recruit: In order to attract and retain the exterior outstanding talent and special talent, Chengye group have specific recruit system. Consider special exterior channel on recruiting like head-hunting company’s recommendation, key college and market excavation. Interview is held by enterprise recruit team formed by senior management or middle management according the position to interview, test and evaluate and select the talent. The group may set up talent developing fund to be used in finding the special talent who has done great contribution to the company or who are urgently need by the company. Natural selection: perfect the evaluation system. Wash out the staff with worst performance and lowest working ability to reserve the post vacancy.
Compete for a post: carry on competition for a post. The unqualified staff could compete for a lower post. If he can pass the test through competition, he can go to his post again.
